Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the ncw website or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. ncw reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to adult users only (18 years of age or older).
- Only individuals legally residing in Bangladesh are eligible to use ncw's services.
- It is the user's responsibility to comply with local regulations when accessing the platform from a workplace or educational institution.
Account Creation & Security Policy
Registration & Identity Verification
To open an account with ncw, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with incorrect, false, or someone else's details is strictly prohibited. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them may be closed.
Password & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ncw platform:
- Placing bets or conducting transactions through fraudulent or dishonest means
- Accessing or attempting to hack another user's account
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users
- Using ncw's brand or logo without authorization
- Any form of collusion, coordinated fraud, or group betting manipulation
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and may also lead to legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Terms
All financial transactions on ncw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The rules governing deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:
Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawals can only be made to a method registered in the verified account holder's name.
Each bonus comes with specific turnover requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited. Bonuses have a set validity period and cannot be recovered once expired.
If any suspicious transaction is detected, ncw reserves the right to temporarily suspend the associated account for investigation purposes. For more details, FAQ View.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Ncw is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions on the platform, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures. The platform bears no responsibility for betting losses. Maximum liability limits will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the ncw website — including logos, designs, written content, and software — is protected under ncw's intellectual property rights. Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Connections
Ncw's platform may utilize third-party payment gateways, game providers, or software suppliers. ncw is not directly responsible for the quality or security of these third-party services, though we always strive to select reliable partners.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Ncw may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found
- Failure to cooperate in providing information required for account verification
- Extended account inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
- Upon instruction from a legal authority or by court order
The process for refunding any remaining balance upon account closure will be determined in accordance with the applicable terms. Notice of any changes to these terms will be posted on the website along with the effective date. Bangladesh's prevailing laws and regulations will serve as the governing law.
